Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I have mixed feelings about this hotel. On the one hand, the rooms were comfortable but quite small, and being overlooking the main road with a tram stop made it quite noisy. However, the twin room on the front of the hotel was nice and had what we needed. The service was good with newspaper service and tours/ticket assistance, but the location was convenient, not too close to the main tourist area but within a reasonable walking distance, making a city break very pleasurable. The dining experience at the Kingfisher Restaurant was a solid 10 out of 10 beautiful, but the breakfast starting from 9am to 1am was too late if you wanted to start sightseeing early. Unfortunately, alternatives to the hot/cooked breakfast would be good. The facilities were satisfactory, although there were some negatives in terms of noise and room size.
The hotel is centrally located in Dublin, close to major attractions and transport links. The rooms were clean and cozy, but there was a bit of noise from a nearby pump. The service was attentive, offering additional amenities such as newspaper service and tours/ticket assistance. The dining experience was top-notch in the Kingfisher Restaurant, although the breakfast timing was a bit inconvenient. The facilities were satisfactory, catering well to guests' needs.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was modern and spacious, furnished with nice bed and curtain decorations. The location was superb, with easy access to everything nearby. The dining experience was fantastic, especially with the variety of breakfast options available. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
I had a peaceful stay with convenient room access and everything I needed. The hotel's location is superb for exploring the city, but noise could disturb light sleepers. The dining experience was excellent, though the early hours might not suit all guests.
The hotel is perfectly located off O'Connell Street, right in the heart of Dublin, making it convenient for transportation and exploring the city. The rooms were a bit crowded with unnecessary single beds but were clean and comfortable. The dining experience was outstanding at the adjoining restaurant, and the staff provided excellent service. However, some may find the room layout too cramped, and there is an additional fee for certain services.
I stayed in a room at the back of the hotel on the top floor, which I vacated around lunchtime. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. The hotel is conveniently located, not too noisy but close enough to walk to the main bars and shopping areas. The service was great, offering newspaper service and tours/ticket assistance. The dining experience at the restaurant next door was amazing, with a super selection and great staff. However, the facilities were lacking with limited amenities. The location was perfect for exploring, just off O'Connell Street beside the Rotunda Hospital.
The hotel is a delightful choice, with lovely rooms that match the pictures and offer a quiet retreat perfect for some shopping. The service is always friendly, making it a fabulous experience each time I stay. However, the dining options could use some variety, especially for early risers. I will definitely be returning.
I found the hotel to be ideally located near O'Connell Street and the bus station, which was great for sightseeing. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a lovely double bed and a single bed setup. However, the dining experience at the adjoining restaurant was enjoyable but not the quickest. The facilities were fantastic, and the value for money was excellent.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, although they were very close together. The cafe next door, 'In Cahoots,' provided a lively atmosphere but overlooked the busy Parnell St, with traffic and a Luas running along it.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect. The rooms were spacious, spotless clean, and offered a lovely private courtyard view, ensuring a quiet and comfortable stay. While it was a bit chilly upon arrival, the overall comfort was unmatched.
